**Telesales Representative Position - NHS Supplier**
**Location**: Northampton, UK
**Contract Duration**: 3 Months
**Schedule**: 5 Days per Week, 3 Hours per Day
**Compensation**: £11.44 per Hour

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Telesales Representative. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer database and ensuring our products reach a wider audience, thereby increasing our footprint in the healthcare industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services. This includes engaging in meaningful conversations that build rapport and trust with the prospects.
- **Database Management**: Accurately input and manage customer information in our Excel database. Ensuring data integrity is crucial, as this information is vital for our sales and marketing strategies.
- **Script Adherence**: Follow a carefully crafted sales script during calls to maintain consistency and professionalism. The ability to personalize the script without deviating from its core message is essential.
- **Information Recording**: Accurately capture and note important details from conversations with potential customers. This information will be critical for follow-up actions by our sales team.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional conversational skills with a kind and professional tone. Ability to engage customers effectively and articulate our value proposition clearly.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Competence in using Microsoft Excel and other database management tools. Accurate data entry skills are a must.
- **Sales Acumen**: An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to adhere to sales scripts while being adaptable to customer responses.
- **Team Player**: While this role requires a great deal of autonomy, collaboration with the sales and marketing team is essential to achieve common goals.
