As a Sales Advisor (Outbound Calling), you will play a pivotal role in our sales team by reaching out to companies and offering our exceptional services. You will be responsible for initiating meaningful conversations, building rapport with potential clients, and effectively conveying the value of our offerings. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses to introduce and promote our services.
- Engage with decision-makers and build relationships over the phone.
- Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and potential leads in our system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and refine outreach techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology and systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work from home after successful training.

- Competitive RATE £28 000 -£30 000 WITH UP TO £1000 /H
