**Administrator (Sales) - Norwich (Hybrid)**

**SALARY: £21,000 per annum, company bonus, and excellent benefits**

A leading globally renowned fuel supplier is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team in Norwich ( Hybrid working considered)

**9 am-5 pm - Monday to Friday ( Hybrid option, some days in office, some remote)**

As part of the Sales Administrator, you will maintain an accurate database of customer information such as billing details, and will keep updated records.

This role is a key point of contact for customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests, and queries, so being able to handle and prioritise the influx of customer requests

**Key responsibilities include: Administrator (Sales) - Norwich (Hybrid)**
- Responsible for sales administration; Receipt of customer orders; order input; acknowledgment and issue of invoices and other supporting documents
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post

**It would be great if you had**:

- Previous experience in an administration or customer services telephone-based role would be an advantage or looking to start a career in Sales Administration
- IT literacy skills, especially with MS Excel and Word, is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to problem-solve
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
- An ability to work within a team and work on own initiative
