**About the role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Assistant, to join our successful West End team.

Based in our Glasgow West End office, you’ll directly assist the Managing Partner with all administrative and systems-based tasks along the sales journey, including diary management and typing up brochure text and valuation letters.

You’ll also support the wider management team and Valuers with coordinating sales tasks and marketing activity for their properties. Duties include updating property listings and raising sales and marketing fees.

It’s more than a back office role, as you’ll also professionally communicate with buyers and sellers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.

**About you**:
As well as being customer-focused, you’ll demonstrate strong skills in collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and planning & organising. Bringing a positive mindset to everything you do; you’ll strive to go above and beyond and be self-motivated to deliver great service to colleagues, buyers and sellers.

You may already be working in a sales/property environment or have transferable skills to kick-start your career in the property market. Either way, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key requirements**:

- Demonstrable administration experience, ideally in a sales or property environment
- Excellent attention to detail - methodical and accurate with the use of systems
- Confident using social media platforms
- Professional phone manner
- Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Teams, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Driving licence (desirable)
