We’re looking for someone with passion and expertise for driving change and continuous improvement to join our small and friendly Improvement team.

You’ll lead and deliver complex change and improvement projects that result in better processes, outcomes and value for DDTS and our customers. In addition to leading projects, you’ll be helping to achieve the team’s strategic priorities of growing continuous improvement capability and culture whilst embedding best working practices.

Our team use structured, evidence based continuous improvement methodologies including lean, six-sigma and systems thinking to deliver our improvements. We are part of the Change Awareness and Adoption team, which reports to the DDTS Chief Operating Officer.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading process and ways of working improvements in DDTS using lean, six-sigma, systems thinking and change management techniques to produce more efficient outcomes
- Capturing and analysing process performance and user survey data to identify, define and implement improvement actions
- Using project management techniques to deliver change and improvement projects efficiently, adapting the approach in response to organisational and stakeholder needs
- Presenting ideas and solutions to senior leaders and influencing them to embrace sustainable, evidence-based change
- Creating exciting and engaging communications to promote our services and continuous improvement culture
- Supporting the DDTS Improvement Manager, DDTS Improvement team colleagues and wider Change Awareness & Adoption team

**Skills and Experience**
- Expert level knowledge of lean, six-sigma and/or systems thinking continuous improvement
- Led successful complex change / continuous improvement projects
- Clear and engaging communicators, effective at persuading senior stakeholders and their teams to adopt change
- Confident in collecting, analysing and presenting findings from data
- Have an encouraging, supportive and engaging approach to stakeholders, willing to listen and understand their needs
- Confident planning and leading workshops both in person and virtually
- Can prioritise and manage their time effectively
- Have a passion for problem solving and coming up with creative solutions

**Qualifications**

“Green Belt” / Practitioner level continuous improvement qualification or equivalent, with proven work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £49,403.00-£61,392.00 per year
