**Position Overview**:
Role: Customer Services Executive - Electronics Rentals

Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex, UK, with some remote working as an option after an initial training period.

Type: Full-Time or Part Time (salary pro-rated according to hours)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Interaction:

- Assist customers with queries.

2. Document Management:

- Proactively follow up with customers to obtain necessary documents for order processing.
- Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate for efficient order fulfillment.

3. Order Processing:

- Efficiently process customer orders using customer management system (training given), ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate timely product delivery and returns.

4. Communication:

- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the rental process.
- Provide updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any relevant information to ensure a smooth customer experience.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Ideally previous experience in a customer facing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and providing information with a positive and friendly demeanour.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a "can-do" attitude to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with electronic gadgets and technology trends is a plus.
