You will play an important role in the provision of staff learning and upskilling and workforce development point-of-contact services. The role holder will report to the Head of Workforce Development and have a frequent interaction with a diverse stakeholdergroup from across the Group.

Someone who can support a learning culture and environment that drives continuing professional development. You will deliver all aspects of workforce development, including devising, implementing, and delivering a broad range of training solutions that demonstrateROI. This role will also support the College in the delivery of its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Staff Wellbeing strategy.

To commit to the College’s Safeguarding Policy and promote a safe environment for children, young people and vulnerable adults within the College.
- Deliver learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives with direction from the Head of Workforce Development.
- Contribute to department management information.
- Support the Head of Workforce Development with other ad hoc duties and projects where required.
- Provide learning and development support required to implement change programmes in the College.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as an integral part of a new colleagues onboarding journey, delivering essential induction and operational training.
- Design and creation of core workforce development interventions; creating content and materials in various learning forms (e.g induction and onboarding, blended learning programmes, face-to-face, coaching, and mentoring programmes, online training, digitalresources, toolboxes for managers)
- Support the Head of Workforce Development in shaping and driving social learning / digital learning by effectively using technology as part of a new strategic direction for the College.
- Undertake the administration of our Learner Experience Platform (LXP).
- Administration of College annual training needs plans and associated outputs.
- Work as part of a multi-discipline team to ensure the effective delivery of the College Equality and Diversity and Wellbeing Strategies across staff populations.
- Contribute towards the delivery of staff health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Promote equality and diversity initiatives whilst sharing best practice and acting as an advocate.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of workforce development policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree level educated (or equivalent experience).
- Personal commitment to Continuous Professional Development.
- Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).

Desirable
- CIPD qualified.
