The roles:

- to work 1-1 with a student who requires extra support, often students with SEND and SEMH needs
- work closely with the classroom teacher to support the students in and out of lessons
- manage behaviour of the students, practicing prevention and de-escalation strategies
- develop a strong rapport with the students you are working with
- engage and motivate students with their learning

Previous experience in schools is desirable but not essential, however you must have experience supporting individuals with SEND, SEMH needs/ vulnerable people. Applicants with experience in the police, army, mental health, foster care, nursing, teaching, and other roles are desirable.

- Hours are 8.30 to 3.30 during term-time.
- Weekly pay from £11.53 per hour.
- Full and Part-time roles 3 - 5 days a week.
