We are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our brilliant Recruitment team, based at our office in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex.
This role is integral to the success of the recruitment team, so the ability to work in an ever changing, fast paced environment is key

**A typical day in the life of a Recruitment Administrator**:
- Setting up interview slots on recently authorised positions on the applicant tracking system.
- Assisting with assessment centres, job fairs, and site visits across the UK
**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience carrying out administrative tasks.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
- Demonstrate reliability, including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience within a recruitment/HR environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system is desirable but not essential.
