Job Title: Asbestos Administrator
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
Salary / Benefits £24K - £30K + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a UK leading Asbestos Consultancy, they are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Administrator to join their friendly and hard-working team in the Essex region. You will be responsible for ensuring that internal systems are kept up to date and accurate alongside finalising reports for site staff, liaising with them to rectify any mistakes and ensuring to maintain positive working relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and will be able to work and easily adapt in a fast paced environment.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Canvey Island, South Benfleet, Stanford-le-Hope, Rayleigh, Rochford, Basildon, Wickford, Billericay, Grays, Brentwood, Tilbury.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Extensive experience working in an administrative role, ideally within the Asbestos industry.
" Experience using TEAMS systems.
" Excellent communication and organisational skills.
" Keen eye for detail.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
" Efficiently logging all incoming jobs onto internal databases / TEAMS.
" Liaising with clients, confirming work to be carried out, and assigning site staff to projects.
" Arranging accommodation for site staff when required.
" Ensuring to raise invoices and purchase orders upon completion of work.
" Finalising reports for site staff, ensuring they're accurate prior to providing to clients.
" Ensuring smooth day to day running of the office.
" General day to day duties e.g., scanning, filing, and scanning documents, making / answering phone calls, sending / replying to emails.
