An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Paint Sprayer** to join our manufacturing team based in Hinckley, Leicestershire on a full-time permanent basis.

You will receive:

- Time and a 1/3 for every hour worked over your contracted 37.5 hours per week
- Time and a half for every Saturday worked
- Hourly rate doubled for every Sunday and Bank Holiday worked

**Interested in learning more?**

As our **Paint Sprayer** you will:

- Use the CNC robotic spray line to produce layers of paint onto various panels, keeping in mind weight and coverage.
- Maintain spray equipment including setting of spray heads to ensure the correct coverage.
- Ensure all ISO 18001 2007 (Health and Safety) and ISO 9001 2008 (Quality) procedures are followed in full and all documentation is completed within the required timescales.
- Flexible working between hand spraying and CNC Paint line in line with daily work schedules

**Am I suitable?**

Ideally, we are seeking to recruit a Paint Sprayer with experience gained within a furniture manufacturing environment or automotive industry. You will have paint or body-shop automated coating or hand finishing experience.

- Attention to detail
