Powder Coater

We are an exciting and growing Signage & Display manufacturer based in Hinckley looking for experienced Powder Coaters and Wet Paint Sprayers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy team creating signage to bring the client’s vision to life. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and client orders, in a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

**Qualifications / Skills**
- Experience in powder coating and/or wet paint spraying working to instructions
- Knowledge, and experience of prepping materials, hanging work, spraying, and wrapping processes
- Some heavy lifting required
- Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high quality work
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision to achieve tight deadlines
- A willingness to work overtime when required

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that signs meet clients' specifications and quality standards
- Working to drawings, and following written, drawn, and verbal instructions.
- Ensuring powder coating and/or wet paint spraying is of an good standard
- Use of various spray guns and hand tools to achieve good quality signage in accordance with safety protocols.
- Follow Safe Systems of Work and guidelines while working with tools and equipment
