**Job Introduction**:
At Turning Point, we support people with learning disabilities and complex needs across the country. Your administration skills will make a real difference to the lives of people we work with. As an Administrator with Turning Point in Kent, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support across our teams providing support to individuals in their own homes with a learning disability and complex needs; so that they can focus on delivering person-centered services that enable the people we support to achieve their full potential.
**Role Responsibility**:
Making sure everything runs smoothly at the heart of our learning disability services, you’ll support the operation from our Kent office. This will include providing a warm welcome to service users at our premises, answering telephone calls, maintaining accurate records and helping continual focus on improving performance.
This rewarding and varied role will support our service managers through a variety of administrative tasks - from generating and processing invoices to dealing with newsletters, travel, accommodation, post, stationery, petty cash, and minute-taking.
We’re looking for a confident communicator who knows how to prioritise a varied workload; somebody who can welcome the people we support and also provide wide-ranging administrative support across two teams.
You must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and gather management information, and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be highly organised and a real team player, with keen attention to detail, and a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel.
