**Description**

Key responsibilities for the Employee Experience Co-ordinator:
This role is 30% Recruitment and 70% General HR duties

My client is committed to continual development, so you will have plenty of chances to contribute to the people strategy and create initiatives/processes from scratch

The position has an administrative component; you'll be in charge of keeping track of all the admin for the People team and occasionally assisting the leadership team with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks.

For someone wishing to advance their HR career from administration to a more operational focus, this is a fantastic opportunity.

**Profile**

The successful Employee Experience Co-ordinator will be successful demonstrating the following:

- You'll be communicating a lot, so be confident in your ability to express yourself well, especially to applicants and staff members of all ranks
- You'll have a solid understanding of HR best practises and how to use them in a business that is trying to grow.
- You must have a keen eye for detail.
- You'll understand HRIS well, and having used Bamboo before would be advantageous.
