Key Responsibilities
- Train and motivate remote workers
- Responsible for ensuring remote proctor vendors are meeting requirement
- Schedule online testing days - ensuring no diary conflicts
- Identify and create the content of the programmes
- Manage staff retention and address performance issues
- Monitor remote payroll, adherence, and corrective action tracking process
- Ensure all compliance is adhered too


**Salary**: £22,000 - £23,000 per annum
