**We are looking for an innovative, approachable individual to join our supportive Operations Support Team to ensure our internal and external End Point Assessment customers are supported in the delivery of a timely EPA, with an excellent customer service.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Completing apprentice test invigilation QA - Reviewing part of recording for apprentices taking tests to ensure all protocols are adhered to during test invigilation
- Supporting and resolving customer/staff enquiries via the ops support inbox
- Submitting apprentices for ESFA certification
- Supporting with call overflow for call centre at busy times of the day (General queries/admin tasks)
- Liaising with invigilators to ensure recordings and test registers have been received

**What you’ll need**:

- Excellent Excel ability including working data into graphs and tables
- Excellent Customer Service
- Experience of working collaboratively with remote operations teams
- A team player, with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
