Working within a 4 bedded residential home in Wythenshawe, this role is perfect for Support Workers looking for the next step in their career.

Supporting children and young people ages 6-18 with Learning Difficulties and Challenging behaviours, the role is focused on developing the emotional, physical and mental health of the children.
*
*
As an RSW your day-to-day role will be focused on providing the best care and support to an individual child, with the focus on developing their individual needs and independence.
*
*
Working alongside senior support staff, and management teams, you will be supported and committed to ensuring safeguarding is upheld and the independence of the child is developed.
*

Pay and hours:
*
*
- £24,040- £26,068 per annum
- 8.00-23.00 (inclusive of sleep, an additional £40 per sleep)
- 14.00-23.00 and 8.00-23.00 (non-inclusive of sleep)
- Rotas completed in advance
- 169 hours per month

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a Children's Residential Service
- NVQ L3 Children and Young People (desirable)
- Driver (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,040.00-£26,068.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
