**Trauma Informed Schools UK CIC**:
TISUK Is a not for profit community interest company committed to improving the health, well-being and ability to learn of the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK and beyond, namely those who have suffered trauma, abuse, neglect and/or have mental health problems or attachment issues. TISUK offer a range of training to support schools and community organisations working with children and young people who have been affected by trauma.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting with delegate queries and admissions procedures for TISUK Training courses
- Organising and inputting information onto databases
- Maintaining excellent front desk relations with delegates and enquires
- Maintaining and sharing relevant records and attendance documents as required
- Performing other work related duties including general administration
- Providing technical support for online training via Zoom

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
We are looking to hire an organised, efficient, and proactive team player with previous experience of working in administrative role.

Requirements are
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm and professional phone manner
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Capacity for multi-tasking and job role flexibility
- Efficient typing and data-capturing abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Essential
- Experience in administration

Desirable
- Degree level qualification
- Experience in using the Zoom platform
- We are particularly interested in applicants who are passionate about helping vulnerable children and have working knowledge of education/ school system

The salary listed will be pro rata.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
