**Maintenance Administrator**
**Job Overview**
**Key Duties**
- Regularly assess and organise spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and identifying any shortages or excesses.
- Collaborate with our purchasing department to identify and procure necessary spare parts, communicating specific requirements and ensuring timely delivery.
- Compile and prepare documentation for maintenance activities.
- Translating maintenance planning, and training meeting.
**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Polish.
- Proficient in English (A1 level)
- Fluent in Polish (A1 level)
- Full drivers license.
**Duration**: Full Time Permanent
**Location**: Newry
**Remuneration**: Attractive
**Hours of work**:40 hours per week and may involve some weekend work.
