**Regional Sales Manager - Weber - Saint Gobain - Fully Remote Role**

The overall purpose of the role is to deliver profitable growth through the management and direction of the regional team, in addition to the creation of demand from their own contractor and distributor customers, in line with Weber UK strategy
**Role Accountabilities**
- Take personal responsibility for own safety and promotes safe working practices to others within the working environment Facilitation of appropriate interventions with colleagues, by influencing behavioural change
- Delivers and is responsible for annual revenue and profit margin targets for the region by identifying new business opportunities, across renders, EWI, flooring and tile fixing to increase market share
- Provides strong leadership, direction and coaching to their team to develop account management and technical skills. Regularly spends time in the region with ASM team and customers.
- Takes responsibility for key accounts and ensures that all allocated companies and National Accounts are visited as per the agreed Visit Rate across the team, reviewing accordingly in line with company strategy
- Ensures that the team has a robust project pipeline which is developed through creating new package specifications and also identifying specification breaking opportunities, both being shared and traded with contractor and distributor partners
- Holds monthly Project Tracking meetings with the team to evaluate and direct the pipeline content and accuracy in CRM
- Implements and manages the price policy, including project pricing and price increases within the region and the respective accounts
- Manages the Demand Plan for the region through the monitoring and reporting of potential projects and sales opportunities
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Full clean driving license as travel and overnight stays will be required
- Proven experience in sales and management role (Essential)
- Significant experience in sales management role (Essential)
- Previous experience from within a relevant organization
- Proven track record of sales achievements.
- Previous personnel management experience
- Able to demonstrate excellent relationship management and networking skills
- Ability to identify and implement performance goals, priorities and to recommend measures
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, able to constructively challenge
- Demonstrable delivery of commercial success and good business acumen
