Careersolve are working with a well-established, independent, family-owned company who are Europe’s leading manufacturer of water controls, they are looking for a **Regional Sales Manager**to join them on a permanent basis to cover the South region.

My client offers a very generous salary, company car etc as well as an attractive bonus scheme to reflect both activity and revenue.

**The Role of the Regional Sales Manager**:
To manage the Area Sales Managers (6 areas) across the south of the United Kingdom. This will include recruitment of vacant areas, training of new starters and coaching existing ASMs on patch.

The **Regional Sales Manager**has a structured week, two days a week will normally be working from home - typically Monday and Friday to catch up with the team, manage recruitment, customers and plan future activity along with any other administrativetasks.

Tuesday - Thursday will normally be in the field coaching your ASMs, including Tuesday and Wednesday night away to maximise efficiency and minimise travel.

Reporting to the UK Sales Director and Area Commercial Director you will have active help and support from the UK office and will be accompanied in the field on a regular basis.
