The Opportunity

Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with our client, based just outside of Newcastle City Centre in their search for a part-time Billing Administrator.

Supporting the Commercial Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support a growing Tech business.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for coordinating quotes and costings for clients, following the successful Sales through the Operations team.

Duties will include
- Verifying and validating invoices, statements and billing documents
- Setting up and updating Customer Contracts with service items
- Recording expenses and charges against customer contracts
- Reviewing and approving time charged to clients against their contracts
- Using the CRM to create opportunities and quotes for hardware, software and services
- Buying hardware and software for the technical team
- Reconciling supplier service invoices to customer contracts

Person Specification

This is a part-time opportunity possibly 10am - 2pm, 3 days per week but there is flexibility around this.
