**HYBRID WORKING - 3 DAYS IN OFFICE, 2 DAYS AT HOME**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF INTERNAL RECRUITER**:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organisation
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect those needs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Produce regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their open positions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and the employer brand

**KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE INTERNAL RECRUITER**:

- Experienced in internal recruitment or staffing (particularly high volume)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
