As a Community Healthcare Assistant to Children, young people and Adults, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals in need of care and support services.

You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their daily lives by providing assistance, companionship, and emotional support. If you are passionate about helping others we would love to hear from you.

Experience preferred but not essential as all New employees will attend a full 5 day face to face paid induction course as a minimum along with a minimum of 16 paid hours shadowing in the field.

**Duties**:

- Provide assistance and support to individuals in need of care and support services
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming and toileting
- Assit with meals
- Administer medication inline with training and caompany policy.
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their famlies
- Help clients with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings and Social Groups as required
- Documentation and record keeping using electronic digital systems and phone apps.

**Skills**:

- Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a car**
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
