Our client is a long established manufacturing company. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. An opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a temporary to Permanent basis.

This is the ideal role for a Facilities Administrator looking to develop their skills within an International Company.

Your duties will include:

- General administration duties
- To ensure all goods (Office Supplies & Production PPE) on site are maintained by ordering through various suppliers
- Assisting the Plant Manager when required
- Maintaining and updating a record of all Service agreements
- Weekly wages
- Knowledge of SAP is a requirement to raise Purchase requisition orders.
- To ensure all goods on site either Office Supplies & Production PPE are maintained on site by ordering through various suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned

To be considered for the role of** Facilities Administrator,** you must have/ be:

- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Excellent punctuality
- Prepared to learn new job roles
- Experience in administration
- The flexibility to get the job finished
- Excellent attention to detail

Your own transport is essential due to the location of the client.
