Junior Marketing Projects Specialist

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a creative eye and the ability to adapt to new processes as required. The person chosen will help with the creation/adaptation of everyday processes to increase team efficiency, and will need to have strong interpersonal skills. As day-to-day responsibilities may vary, it will be fundamental that there is a willingness to grow with the company and learn new skills day-by-day.

This role will work closely with other departments, to support and ensure all projects are carefully organised so that the Marketing team can deliver all projects at the highest standard. This role will also require organising translation files, frequent usage of Dropbox and Asana, close management of glossary files, ensuring all team members are completing their tasks by assigned deadlines, and being proactive in identifying possible issues ahead of time.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Project Maintenance_
- Creation/adaptation of everyday Marketing processes and projects.
- Collaboration with team members for improvement of said project maintenance.
- Translations_
- Ensure consistency in translations when required.
- Close contact with 3rd party providers for translations.
- Online platform management_
- Aid in the management of online platforms when required.
- Provide assistance with Content Management Systems when required.
- Events_
- Support in organising projects for events.
- Support team in the delivery of major events, including presence at events if required.

Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Digital Marketing support and other reasonable duties as assigned.

**Experience and Attributes**:

- Qualification (Bachelor’s) in Marketing/Project Management.
- 1 year of experience in Marketing, Project Management, or similar role.
- Strong proven organisational skills, with hands-on experience in a Marketing environment.
- Confident communicator, excellent written and verbal English.
- Preferably fluent in one of the following languages: Dutch, German or Hebrew.
- Self-starter and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and technical knowledge, with ability to multitask and a high level of attention to detail.
