We are seeking a labourer who is a hardworking, punctual, detail-oriented individual who can be relied upon to work hard with mínimal supervision and is willing to travel to multiple locations within the Gillingham/Rainham/Sittingbourne area

This individual also needs to be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy materials, and who is committed to taking on various tasks.

**Duties**:
General labouring as sited and directed by the site manager
- Assisting with deliveries of materials
- General clean and tidy around the site
- Assisting tradesmen where required
- Waste Removal
- Material Distribution
- Decorating
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to drive
- Must have own means of transport
- Good working knowledge of health and safety on a building site and an accommodation/residential setting
- Be able to work on his/her own initiative displaying proactive qualities and provide a high standard of work
- Experience of working on a construction site
- Must have a CSCS card

**Job Type**:

- Full time, permanent

**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

**Renumeration**:
£11.50 per hour
