**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- To maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
- In-depth knowledge of all wines, cocktails and speciality drinks
- Have good knowledge of regular customers and learn different requirements
- Have full, in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage
- Service of all drink and food orders
- Provide the highest levels of customer hospitality
- Provide exceptional levels of service, table/bar maintenance and anticipation for every guest

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in cocktail making
- Previous experience in a comparable restaurant within a fast past environment
- Have a good knowledge of wine and spirits
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
