The Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) Health and Care Partnership Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Collaborative Programme are seeking to appoint a Suicide Prevention Programme Lead to provide leadership to this priority area, and other work programmes, to support the overall priorities of the collaborative.

This is an exciting time to join the ICS and be part of the ongoing development and progression of services.

The HNY Partnership is an integrated care system (ICS) covering six places across a diverse geographical footprint of 1.7 million people.

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring leader to work across a complex programme and transform mental health services across Humber and North Yorkshire. The role also provides an excellent opportunity for career development within a dynamic team and regional exposure working at a senior level.

The postholder will support the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of suicide prevention, intervention and postvention activities at a local, community, and regional level. The ability to engage and work in partnership with key stakeholders will be vital to the success of the role.

The programme lead will have the opportunity to work closely with service users, clinicians, local communities, our programme management office, NHS England National and Regional teams, as well as providers, Health and Local Authority Commissioners and voluntary sector partners.
