We have a fantastic opportunity for 3 x support workers to join us. You will be working in our registered living service helping to support 6 people, male and female both in the home and in the community. Our team promotes person centred support and positive behavioural support when supporting people with complex needs. Working in a team of 10 support workers, Driving not essential. Shifts include Sleep-ins, day shifts are 3pm - 10pm 8am - 4.30pm 7am - 3pm

Your support will contribute to maximising the independent living skills for the people we support. You will be providing support with personal care, mobility, medication, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, finances as well as 1:1 Support for shopping, cinema outings, and other leisure activities throughout the day. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as** **full training will be provided**.**

As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life.
- Personal care - helping people to get ready for the day and assisting with bathing, showering and using the bathroom.
- Supporting people to live independently - budget management, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking delicious healthy meals.
- Excellent communication skills/relationship building - supporting the person to understand the world around them and promoting positive relationships.
- Community & Social Inclusion
- Supporting individuals to access and participate in their local community and Social events to promote life skills and individuality.
