We are recruiting an experienced **Bodyshop Workshop Controller **for a **Franchised** **Car Dealership **in the **Stafford **area.

We require an Automotive Bodyshop Workshop Controller of the highest calibre to join our busy accident repair department in Stafford. We offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable track record within the automotive franchise industry.

Responsibilities will include:

- Administration and control of jobs
- Parts procurement
- Consumable control
- Technician supervision
- Vehicle movement and quality
- Industry standards implementation
- Workshop organisation
- Administrative control and monitoring
- To liaise closely with admin and workshop technicians to ensure the prompt and efficient repair of accident damaged vehicles.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a main dealer/bodyshop environment
- Strong industry knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Quality awareness
- Communication Skills
- Full Clean driving licence

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. This position is within a busy workshop environment, as such you will be provided with a competitive remuneration package.
