**HR & Training Administrator - 15 months FTC**

Adecco are delighted to be supporting our successful, growing client based in Slough who are relocating to Thatcham.

**The role is based initially at the Slough site and then Thatcham from January 2024. Travel expenses to Slough are provided during this time.**

Working hours are
**Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm** and offering a salary of
**£24,000 - £30,000 DOE**, plus company benefits including hybrid working, holiday allowance which increases with service, free onsite parking, Christmas company closure and pension scheme.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Provide a range of administrative support functions to the HR & Training team, e.g. preparing offer letters, contract of employment etc.
- Maintaining and managing events and schedules of the department.
- Assisting in payroll preparation
- Support our daily activities and assist in coordinating recruitment, processes, and relevant documents
- Prepare paperwork for policies and procedures.
- Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all records generated in the department.
- Organise and schedule HR appointments and meetings.
- Printing and distributing documents for meetings and training events held at Head Office.
- Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments.
- To undertake delegated tasks and projects as required and directed by the HR & Training Manager
- Participate in HR & Training meetings and take minutes when required.
