We are currently looking for a Claims Administrator to start as soon as possible with our client.

**Your role will be to investigate customer claims for lost or damaged parcels
**Location: SL1

Pay rate: £11.28 per hour

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Monitoring respective Locations and Accounts to ensure that all claims are processed within specified timescales.
Liaising internally with all of the clients locations
Liaising with Customers to obtain claim details
Determining liability within the Company's Terms and Conditions of Carriage to ensure accurate settlement of Customer claims.
Recovering costs from Insurers and / or third parties where applicable.
Generation and issuing of claims correspondence and reports
To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
Adhoc duties when required

**KEY SKILLS**:
Good organisational skills
Highly self-motivated
Good time keeping
Good standard of written English
Good telephone communications
Team player with ability to remain focused on task
Ability to work under pressure

**PLEASE NOTE**: Admin and customer service experience is essential with this role.
