We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement warehouse operations policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and analyse warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and distribution processes
- Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for seamless operations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in warehouse supervision, including profit loss responsibility
- Strong knowledge of logistics, 3PL operations, and supply chain management
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving systems and processes
- Experience with forklift operation and warehouse equipment maintenance

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
