Job description

Derby Homes are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join the Maintenance/ Investment Team, to provide technical assistance, which will include undertaking condition surveys, updating of the asset database, producing technical reports, checking of decent homes work and working on small structural projects.

**Key Requirements**:
The individual must have good IT skills and have a good understanding of technical related IT systems. Good knowledge of building construction to include non-traditional constructed properties. Contractual knowledge and budgetary control.
