Adecco is honoured to assist our client in their search for a motivated, self-driven **Retail Operations Manage**r with a strong salary range of **£40,000 to £45,000 DOE** headquartered in Newbury. Working Monday through to Friday and offering great benefits. A fast-growing exciting international retail brand with over 250 stores worldwide.

This role will support the Managing Director and other key stakeholders to successfully manage and grow the UK business by assisting with all aspects of retail operations, training, and store openings.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for store openings; managing time lines, staff planning, recruitment, training, onsite problem solving.
- Lead and support the opening day launch, ensuring all PR and marketing activities are successfully carried out.
- Assist and support any other store opening tasks required for success.
- Cover store management absences if required.
- Overall responsibility for the smooth operations of new and existing stores.
- Direct line manager and first point of contact for all senior managers. Weekly meetings with managers to review and drive KPIs across the stores.
- To continually review retail operations across the stores to ensure best practices and implement more efficient ways of working.
- To provide workable solutions for all operational issues and successfully roll this out to all stores - must be solutions focused.
- Procurement and external supplier contacts
- 2 years' minimum in a fast-paced retail management role at multi-site level.
- Must have strong experience across all aspects of busy retail: recruitment, rosters, stock management, people management, strategy planning, retail KPIs
- MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced, productive environment
- Requires frequent travel throughout the UK (occasional travel to other European stores) so must be able and willing to travel
