Overview:
**Outdoor learning leader**

**(3-5 years)**

**Permanent Position - 25-40 hours per week**

We have an ‘Outdoor Learning Leader’ role available within the Owls team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for outdoor learning and would support the team with ensuring that there are opportunities for the children to develop their skills and confidence outside.

You must have outdoor learning experience, be committed to undergo training and be a confident leader and Early Years Practitioner. You will need to have a level of fitness that will allow for you to be outdoors in all weather conditions.

You will be required to oversee learning journey floor books to evidence your work and upload observations on to children’s individual learning journeys.

You will work closely with the supervisor to ensure that all areas of the Curriculum for Excellence are being met through outdoor learning.

You will promote child led play experiences and support the team to develop their confidence in outdoor learning.

**27-40 hours per week**

**Salary: £13.50 p/h - £14.50p/h dependant on experience and skills.**

**Closing date: 21/06/2024**

Expected hours: 27 - 40 per week
