After 3 successful years of our Apprenticeship Programme, we excited to search for our next cohort of Apprentices Join our dynamic 15 - 18-month Apprenticeship Programme in one of our offices across the UK. **What is broking in insurance?**

The “risks” our clients insure could range from a satellite launch, Ronaldo’s right foot, a McLaren Racing car, Tailor Swift’s global tour or a block of student flats in New York City. As a Launch Commercial Insurance Apprentice, you will play a vital role in securing the visions of budding businesses as well as global power houses against unforeseen risks. This is by building relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, providing advice on insurance products, creating a link between clients and insurers, negotiating terms and providing advice on claims.

**Our Launch Apprenticeship Programme**:
You will become part of the fourth cohort of Apprentices, who have worked across a range of specialisms, such as P&C, Lockton Re, Global Energy, Terrorism, Marine and Global Real Estate and Construction.

We hire for two different types of insurance Apprentice:
**Insurance / Reinsurance - Client Services / Broker**

Typical roles and responsibilities might include:

- Supporting Account Managers in the overall service provision to clients providing excellent service to our clients
- Understanding a client’s risk profile, business needs and exposures
- Interactions with Underwriters and other roles in the insurance industry, and providing day-to day support to our Brokers
- Proving technical and administrative support in the servicing and processing of business
- Working alongside New Business Development Producers in prospecting new clients

**Insurance / Reinsurance - Technical / Divisional Support**
