**About Us**
MK BIM Solutions is a dynamic and forward thinking measured building survey company based in North London. We pride ourselves to provide the high quality surveys to our clients.
Currently, we are actively recruiting for an energetic junior or intermediate Measured Building Surveyor to help us on our continuing success and support our data capturing at site with Leica Laser Scanners.
**The Role**
The work is to carry out site surveys with Leica RTC360 laser scanner and transferring the captured data to the production team for post site processing. You will report to the Project Manager at the end of each shift with regard to the progress and any issues encountered.
The majority of our surveys are within 50 miles from our office. However, occasional long distance travel would be required from time to time to meet our clients demands.
**Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- A minimum of 1 year experience with Leica Laser Scanning (Ideally with Leica RTC360 and Cyclone Field)
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Holds a current CSCS card or is prepared to immediately attain
- Is able to work within a fast paced environment
- Willingness to travel and work on shifts (required)
- Physically capable to carry out the role

**Work schedule**
- Monday to Thursday on 10-12 hour shifts
- No Agencies
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
