**Job Description**:
As a Robotics and Coding instructor, your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and delivering weekly lessons based on our well-defined curriculum
- Adopting a data-driven approach to measure learner progress
- Tailoring teaching methods to meet individual student needs, while ensuring a fun
- based learning environment
- Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse student backgrounds
- Regularly communicating with parents to provide updates on student progress
- Providing additional support to students who require it
- Monitoring student growth and identifying areas for improvement
- Using learner data to refine the curriculum pace
- Offering regular feedback to students
- Building relationships with schools in the area

Requirements for STEM Instructors:

- Full training will be provided on our robotics and coding curriculum
- Strong knowledge of best teaching practices with logical and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer software
- Experience working with children; prior STEM teaching experience is a plus
- Good classroom management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
