**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working permanently ‘on-site’ to support the day to day security teams functional IT responsibilities across the AIR Sector.
- Delivering security IT administration, and some bespoke tasks, to support the security function. Operating in accordance with Departmental / Company procedures, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales.
- Communicating in an efficient and polite manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collating data to produce performance reports, schedules, and briefings.
- Responding to requests for specialist IT support including the delivery of internal and external briefings.
- Confident to engage with, or seek support from senior management when needed in order to report, obtain authorisation, and escalate issues.

**Your skills and experiences**:

- An understanding of how to deal with Classified Material and GDPR applicable information including how to save/store this information appropriately.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to collate data and produce advanced summary reports
- Problem solving as required, using judgement and experience, with some support from Line Manager

**The AIR UK Security Team**:
The Security Business and Technical Administrator will work with a high performing, small friendly team and act as the Security technical SME to support the functional and business needs. This important role is responsible for the day to day running of the Security function and its site IT responsibilities within a World Leading Defence Industry Provider.
