Belvoir Liverpool Prescot Estate Agents have a great opportunity for a full time Property Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a proactive individual who will embrace our customer service-based ethos.
The Role
As a Property Administrator you will be required to deal with the day-to-day management of properties within the Residential Sales & Lettings portfolio and as such applicants will be required to hold a full driving license with their own vehicle.
**Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for customers
- Producing property marketing particulars
- Listing properties online and managing other marketing avenues.
- Liaising with third party providers to arrange tenant referencing.
- Dealing with daily enquiries from tenants, landlords and third parties
- Arranging property inspections
- Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance work.
- Producing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Progressing sale properties
- Providing property management advice to existing and potential customers
- Prospecting for potential clients and performing rental & sales valuations.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferred experience in both sales and lettings administration & property management.
- ARLA qualified preferable
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise task and work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Previous face-to face customer experience.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work positively and proactively without supervision.
- Familiarity with lettings regulations and procedures
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
A team player, happy to help with all aspects of the business as and when required.
Job Type - Full-time, 39.5 hours a week Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays
Salary - Dependant on age and experience.
Please note the position is initially for 12 months with a high possibility of becoming permanent.
