- About the role
- To perform a wide range of manufacturing activities, to achieve specific objectives as agreed with line management
- Subject Matter Expert for one or more GMP manufacturing systems/equipment
- Perform a wide range manufacturing activities to progress work programmes
- Expert in the operation and troubleshooting of complex manufacturing equipment or processes.
- Significant competence and technical knowledge in order to operate complex manufacturing equipment and processes
- Lead problem solving activities using appropriate techniques and propose solutions
- Subject Matter Expert for one or more GMP manufacturing systems/equipment; responsible for SOP writing, system training and continuous improvement for that system
- Work within a technical team and contribute to the team function
- Good understanding of GMP and completes BMRs and other documentation to make a comprehensive record of all work. Clinical manufacturing Batch supervisor
- Write procedures and investigation documents within Vectura’s Quality system including qualification/validation documentation
- Lead continuous development activities to improve ways of working, manufacturing processes and equipment, including writing protocols, data evaluation and reporting.
- Implement process development and validation work packages
- About you
- Previous relevant experience whether from rising through the Vectura system or from another Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Worked within a relevant discipline in a project team environment and has developed the necessary broad range of skills and competencies for progression-
