- About the role
- To proficiently perform a wide range of manufacturing activities and carry out a variety of supporting assignments. e.g. Writing CCRs, CAPAs and Deviations within Vectura’s Quality System
- Support CMO activities for e.g. change implementation and performance monitoring.
- To be responsible and expert in the operation and troubleshooting of complex manufacturing equipment or systems.
- Work within a technical team and contribute to the team function
- To be able to lead pieces of work and to coordinate the work of others (but not a supervisor) for e.g. Batch supervisor or process change implementation.- Good understanding of writing, reviewing and completion of manufacturing procedures and documentation.
- Good understanding of GMP/Medical devices requirements.
- Review records of all work completed by others
- Training others in the use of manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Carry out straight forward problem solving without assistance.
- Implement continuous development activities to improve ways of working, manufacturing processes and equipment, including writing protocols, data evaluation and reporting.
- Provides feedback on process improvements in order to better support and refine task execution and project progress
- Lead continuous improvement work packages within a defined team.
- Implement, under guidance, process development and validation work packages
- About you
- Previous relevant experience whether from rising through the Vectura system or from another Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Worked within a relevant discipline in a project team environment and has developed the necessary broad range of skills and competencies for progression-
