Stearn are a long-established and highly respected business who have been trading for 100 years. They have a fantastic reputation in their sector and are a key supplier to the UK electrical wholesale market. Stearn have an industry leading quarterly printed catalogue, which in turn is used to support the industry it supplies.

**Role Responsibilities**
As a 'Commercial Products Administrator' you will:

- Be instrumental in ensuring the company’s catalogue is produced on time, insuring that its content has been updated and is correct.
- Compile quarterly pricing documents for the company catalogue and aid with the production of fliers, brochures and catalogues.
- Coordinate and update pricing within the company and manage the product database.
- Manage new price lists into the company, understand the changes and their impact on the business and be able to communicate to relevant areas of the business.
- Interpret and analyse information from suppliers ie, information on new products
- Liaise between internal stakeholders and external manufacturers about stock and price changes.

**Requirements**:
You should already be an experienced administrator who is:

- Well-presented and organised
- Good with numbers
- Proficient in Excel and VLOOKUP
- A good communicator at all levels, both written and oral
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent at planning and prioritising with a strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Able to analyse information, report findings and recommend plans of action required
- Knowledge of PIM systems would be advantageous

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
- Catalogue or Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

- English (required)
