Our EMEA wide client, who operates from their offices in the heart of Hertfordshire, is looking for a contractor that has experience of managing SAP Success Factors implementation projects (or change projects) within Compensation (or other demonstrable module).

**Key Responsibilities include**:
**- Solution Design**
- Lead/Support the required workshops, ensuring all decisions are accurately captured and recorded in relevant workbooks.
- Define and document the overall configuration of the SuccessFactors module(s), making the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different solution components.
- At the end of the project, ensure successful transition to relevant teams
- Support project resources in defining solutions in the event that a challenge arises during delivery to ensure that delivery is on time and within budget

**- Configuration Changes**
- Undertaking configuration changes across the SuccessFactors, (e.g. Foundation Objects, notifications, workflows, alerts, picklists, business rules, Home Page Themes/Tiles etc.) coordinating testing activities (Unit and UAT) and managing through the changecontrol process.
- Providing end user support and coaching to ensure adoption and ease of use along with training and support to key stakeholders (e.g. CoE Teams, Super Users) to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
- Supporting in routine system activities including, role based permissions, system monitoring
- Undertaking mass changes to SuccessFactors using a variety of methods, including business rule syncs and mass uploads
- Ability to build advanced reports to meet business reporting needs

**Key Background**:

- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation module (or other demonstrable configuration experience in another SuccessFactors module)
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors modules
- Experience supporting a multinational company
- Demonstrable communication and presentation skills
- SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central and ideally one or more additional modules
- Advanced HRIS certification and experience
- Ability to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops
