**The Vacancy**
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group are advertising an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Lettings Assistant role, within the Garden City Homes (GCH) team. This role will provide and deliver an efficient and effective customer service to all GCH customers.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering the RTA/RTB administration process from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Responding to all enquiries from customers, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.
