**HR Advisor - Llangefni**
**Home working - with one day per week in office**
**Temporary - 6-8 weeks.**

As a HR Advisor, you would be working as part of a very supportive team, and reporting to the Group Head of HR Services.

The key focus of your role would be to manage a very varied HR caseload from initial discussions with managers to follow through with our retained solicitors if required. We're looking for someone who is used to supporting managers in managing conduct, performance and absence, capability and grievances. You would need to ensure that process are followed correctly, providing accurate advice and guidance specific to each cases context.
- Experience of taking the lead on varied casework including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Experience of supporting a customer-facing geographically dispersed workforce.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
- Ability to take the initiative, identifying issues and exploring underlying causes.
- Able to establish rapport and credibility with all levels in the organisation.
- Enthusiasm and drive to broaden knowledge and experience.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own time coupled with a high degree of resilience.
- Ability to observe and maintain confidentiality.
- Ideally working towards CIPD or already qualified (or willing to study).
- Full driving licence.
