HR Advisor Temporary

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team at our Llangefni Site. In this position you will be a key member of the HR Team, effectively supporting the business and our employees by managing the ER Casework, disciplinaries and grievances and investigations.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage ER cases, disciplinaries, grievances, absences and investigations
- Provide any support across the HR team on a range of duties and projects
- outstanding administrative skills and a proven ability to work pro-actively

Excellent, demonstrable HR/Customer Service experience is essential
- CIPD Level 3 or actively working towards this
- Experience in a HR position within a fast paced, high volume environment
- Experience managing ER casework
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Word
- Ability to 'think outside the box' when under pressure
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Adaptable and capable of multi-tasking in a fast moving environment

Pay rates: £12.98
