The Yard Operative will work closely with the Workshop Manager and other team members to ensure that all jobs are completed to a high level in good time.

**MAJOR TASKS**
- To assist in the safe delivery of vehicles into the workshop and prepare for maintenance tasks
- Ensure upkeep of all plant, tools, property and services required to fulfill the maintenance tasks
- Adhere to current health and safety legislation at all times - be available for training and refresher courses when required
- Taking verbal and written instructions
- Cleaning down work areas
- Working outside
- Lifting up to 20kg
- Working at height
- Minimize material wastage

**REQUIREMENTS**

Must have a full UK driving licence. Will be required to participate in appropriate training, including Health & Safety, First Aid, and any other relevant maintenance related upskilling. Must be able to multi task and prioritise busy workload with a thorough, methodical approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
